After training in exceptional houses (Doriane at the prestigious Maison Pic in Valence, Romain at the École Ducasse and alongside names like Quentin Bailly, Olivier Bajard, and Anne-Sophie Pic), they chose Montpellier, their heart's city, to build a shared project in their own image. Their pastry is alive, free, and seasonal — moving between revisited classics and unexpected pairings, shaped by skilled hands, fresh ideas, and genuine passion.
Every ingredient is carefully chosen from trusted, responsible partners: coffee grown by the Delasierra family in El Salvador, aromatic herbs picked in Montpellier, fruit from nearby producers, Valrhona chocolate, and organic milk straight from the farm. The house brings together three complementary worlds — fine pastries, homemade ice cream, and specialty coffee with quality drinks — all with a single goal: to bring pleasure. It's a gourmet space designed for choice, freedom, and sharing.
