Dance Me - BJM (Dance Performance).

Baada ya siku 122 dance performance
Dance Me is BJM's (Les Ballets Jazz de Montréal) celebrated homage to the late Leonard Cohen, who passed away ten years ago. The show weaves together 16 of his songs — from beloved classics like Suzanne, So Long Marianne, Famous Blue Raincoat, and Hallelujah to more recent works — into a spellbinding dance concert that takes audiences on a journey through his extraordinary body of work. The production is the result of a creative collaboration between three choreographers — Andonis Foniadakis, Annabelle Lopez Ochoa, and Ihsan Rustem — working alongside stage director Eric Jean. The original concept was developed by Louis Robitaille. Together, they blend their distinct artistic visions into a performance that is both physically powerful and emotionally generous. Fourteen of BJM's dancers bring the show to life, delivering a performance that is as visceral as it is lyrical. Dance Me has already moved audiences in 96 cities across 17 countries, making this Montréal appearance a rare opportunity to experience or rediscover this acclaimed work. The performance takes place on Friday, November 27, 2026 at 20:00 at the Théâtre Maisonneuve.
